I had a fantastic time photographing Heather, all while experimenting a little with some newer lighting techniques that I've been itching to try. Somehow I managed to coerce her in to jumping up and down in place with an expression-less face (hey, that rhymes). In the first image below, she pulls it off exquisitely! I had the opportunity to shoot with a ring light. This produces that unique "ring" catch-light in the eyes and gives soft, shadowless light in the second image.
